within a couple of days this has improved joint pain and stiffness
I wasn't sure what to expect. The pain in my ankles went away with a 30-day supply and then I ran out of capsules. The pain did come back after a short while, however, and I don't necessarily think that that's a coincidence since that was the only major change.
After suffering daily knee pain for years, I tried this capsule. I have absolutely no pain! And it doesn't upset my stomach like anti-inflammatory drugs. I love it.
