Premium Rooibos
Spearmint
Feverfew
Lemongrass
Nettles
Lavender
Passion Flower
Lemon Verbena
Rose Petals
White Willow Bark
Plum Petals
Mallow Petals
Suggested Use
Drink 1 cup as needed, or as desired.
Brewing Instructions
Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 3-7 minutes. Strain and drink warm.
Add honey if desired.
Do not microwave.
