Suggested Use

• Add 25-40 drops to your 8 ounce body wash to help you cool off in the shower or bath to beat the summer heat.*
• Inhale throughout the day to experience the cooling and refreshing aroma during hot summer days.*
• Soak your hot and tired feet in a cooling foot bath with a few drops of Bergamot Mint added to Epsom salt.*
• Blend 15 drops of Bergamot Mint with 10 ml of Golden Jojoba Oil. Place into a roll-on bottle. Roll this over the belly for occasional digestive upsets.*
• Make a refreshing carpet powder by adding 25 drops of Bergamot Mint essential oil to 4 tablespoons of baking soda. Sprinkle on carpet, let sit for about 15 minutes, then vacuum as usual.
• Blend Bergamot Mint with Sweet Basil essential oil in a car diffuser before going on long car trips to enhance to focus, alertness all while being in a cheerful mood.*
