Suggested Use

• Drink 1 cup as desired. 
• Try adding a few Lavender buds to your savory and sweet dishes - try it with Black Pepper!

Brewing Instructions

• Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 2-3 minutes. Strain and drink warm.
• Do not microwave.
